How we work
Four traits run through both divisions: how the work is organised, with what tools, with how much knowledge of the client’s business, and on what timescales.
Every piece of work follows a defined procedure, with control points set from the offer onwards.
What changes for the client The client knows in advance what they will receive, by when and with what support.
The firm designs its processes around artificial intelligence, not as an afterthought.
What changes for the client The full universe of documents is reviewed where work used to be done by sampling. Legal judgement stays with the partners.
We understand how the client operates and join its operation before recommending.
What changes for the client The solution is designed around how the business works, not around a standard model.
The legal timeline is agreed against the client’s commercial calendar, not apart from it.
What changes for the client Timeliness and rigour are not traded against each other: both are planned from the services offer.
How we work
No structure is recommended without first seeing the actual estate that has to carry it. The work starts by receiving the case, not by proposing a solution.
You
Set out the matter and the deadline governing it. We respond with that week's availability.
If a hearing is already listed, include the date: the study is scheduled backwards from it.
You and the partner in charge
We receive the case and establish its scope.
We confirm which division handles it: Corpus Legal, Corpus Capital or both at once.
Corpus Group, then you
We send an offer setting out the method, the objectives and the fees for your particular case.
Once it is accepted, the work begins. Before that, no attorney-client relationship exists.
Companies
Partners
Each division answers to its founding partner. The matter is run by the person who signs it.
The firm's methodology and its AI-native processes answer through these two partners.

Founding partner · Corpus Legal
A lawyer specialising in corporate, commercial and financial law. The areas of this division are the subjects he trained in: each one sits behind a postgraduate specialisation or a degree, and practice inside the sector that regulates it. He works in Spanish and English.

Founding partner · Corpus Capital
A litigator with a background in civil law and civil procedure, concentrated on acting for creditors and financial institutions. His practice covers the whole enforcement process: reading the negotiable instrument, tracing the debtor’s assets, interim measures and the judicial auction, with technical command of the insolvency procedure for non-trading individuals. That double reading, the creditor collecting and the debtor entering the procedure, is what makes it possible to stay ahead of the other side.
A single estate often raises a question of structure and a question of recovery at the same time. Write to us and we will arrange a first meeting to receive and understand your particular case.
