Purpose

Data you provide when booking a meeting is used only to schedule and hold that meeting, and to reply to you.

What is collected

First name, last name and email, plus whatever you choose to answer in the booking form. We do not ask for case detail there and ask you not to include it.

International transfer

Booking is processed in Google Calendar, operated by Google LLC in the United States. Colombia's SIC lists the United States of America among the countries with an adequate level of protection (Circular Única, Title V, Chapter Three, numeral 3.2), so the transfer needs no prior authorization. The applicable transmission contract is Google's Cloud Data Processing Addendum.

Cookies

The site sets no cookies of its own and uses no cookie-based analytics. Google's calendar sets a cookie when you choose to open it, which is why it does not load until you ask for it. The map on the contact page is a Google map and loads automatically as you reach that section; it may set a Google cookie before you interact with it.

Your rights

You may access, update, correct and delete your data, and withdraw consent, by writing to gerencia@corpuslc.com. Requests are handled under Ley 1581 de 2012.
