What this site is
This site describes the services of Corpus Legal and Corpus Capital. Its content is general information: it is not an offer of services, not a fee proposal, and not advice on any particular matter.
It does not create a lawyer-client relationship
Reading this site, writing to us or booking a meeting does not create a lawyer-client relationship. That relationship arises only from an engagement confirmed in writing between you and the firm. Until then, please do not send confidential information.
Accuracy and currency
This content is prepared carefully, but the law changes and every matter turns on its own facts. We do not warrant that the information is current on the day you read it, and you should not act on it without advice on your own case.
Intellectual property
The text, the Corpus Group name, the mark and the design of this site belong to the firm. You may quote them with attribution; you may not reproduce them commercially or present them as your own.
Third-party services
The contact page embeds a Google map and the booking page embeds the firm's Google Workspace calendar. Both load only when you ask for them. Once opened, their use is governed by that third party's terms, which we do not control.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Colombian law. Both partners are admitted in Colombia; this site is not an offer of legal services in jurisdictions where they are not admitted.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page, under the date shown above.
