A litigator with a background in civil law and civil procedure, concentrated on acting for creditors and financial institutions. His practice covers the whole enforcement process: reading the negotiable instrument, tracing the debtor’s assets, interim measures and the judicial auction, with technical command of the insolvency procedure for non-trading individuals. That double reading, the creditor collecting and the debtor entering the procedure, is what makes it possible to stay ahead of the other side.
